God Thinks You’re Wonderful!
It may be difficult for you to believe that God knows your name...but He does.Written on His hand. Spoken by His mouth. Whispered by His lips.
You have captured the heart of God. He cannot bear to live without you.
God’s dream is to make you right with Him. And the path to the cross tells us exactly how far God will go to call us back.
It is not our love for God: it is God’s love for us in sending His Son to be the way. If you want to touch God’s heart, use the name He loves to hear. Call Him "Father".
He thinks youre wonderful!
I have written your name on My hand. Isaiah 49:16

FOR MOTHER (Sorry, a week late but better then never)stolen from my friend C.
Mother dear, I love you so.
Your happy, smiling face
Is such a joy to look at;
It makes home a lovely place.
Mother dear, I love you so.
Your lovely, shining eyes
Are just like stars that twinkle
Way up in the bright blue skies.
Mother dear, I love you so.
Ill try the whole day through
To please our Heavnly Father.
Im so glad he gave me you.
(words: Maud Belnap Kimball)
I OFTEN GO WALKING
I often go walking in meadows of clover,
And I gather armfuls of blossoms of blue,
I gather the blossoms the whole meadow over;
Dear mother, all flowers remind me of you.
O mother, I give you my love with each flower
To give forth sweet fragrance a whole lifetime through;
For if I love blossoms and meadows and walking,
I learn how to love them, dear mother, from you.
(Words: Phyllic Luch)
MY MOTHER DEAR
Like sunshine in the morning that wakens day from night,
Like flowers in the springtime so colorful and bright,
Like happy songs of bluebirds that fill the air with cheer,
A person bright and lovely is my mother dear.
(Words: Becky-Lee Hill Reynolds) |

HE
He can turn the tide or calm the angry sea,
He alone decides who writes a symphony.
He lights evry star that makes our darkness bright
He keeps watch all through each long and lonely night.
He still finds the time to hear a childs first prayer,
Saint or sinner calll and always find him there.
refrain: Though it makes Him sad to see the way we live, Hell always say, "I Forgive"
He can grant a wish or make a dream come true,
He can paint the clouds and turn the gray to blue.
He alone knows where to find the rainbows end,
He alone can see what lies beyond the bend.
He can touch a tree and turn the leaves to gold
He knows evry lie that you and I have told.
refrain: Though it makes him sad to see the way we live, Hell always say, "I Forgive".
melody- Jack Richards Lyrics- Richard Mullen sung by- Al Hibbler |

Creation shows the power of God
Theres glory all around
And those who see Him stand in awe
For miracles abound
Oh I cannot doubt the work of God
Its plain for all to see
The miracles that He has wrought
Should lead to Calvary
Chorus:
Oh I believe in miracles
Ive seen a soul set free
Miraculous the change in one
Redeemed through Calvary
Ive seen the lily push its way
Up through the stubborn sod
Oh I believe in miracles
Cause I believe in love
The love of God, oh power divine
Tis wonderful to see
The miracle of grace performed
Within the heart of me
(Repeat)
Chorus

BE STILL MY SOUL THE LORD IS ON MY SIDE
Be still, my soul: the Lord is on thy side.
Bear patiently the cross of grief or pain.
Leave to thy God to order and provide;
In every change, He faithful will remain.
Be still, my soul: thy best, thy heavenly Friend
Through thorny ways leads to a joyful end.
Be still, my soul: thy God doth undertake
To guide the future, as He has the past.
Thy hope, thy confidence let nothing shake;
All now mysterious shall be bright at last.
Be still, my soul: the waves and winds still know
His voice Who ruled them while He dwelt below.
Be still, my soul: when dearest friends depart,
And all is darkened in the vale of tears,
Then shalt thou better know His love, His heart,
Who comes to soothe thy sorrow and thy fears.
Be still, my soul: thy Jesus can repay
From His own fullness all He takes away.
Be still, my soul: the hour is hastening on
When we shall be forever with the Lord.
When disappointment, grief and fear are gone,
Sorrow forgot, love’s purest joys restored.
Be still, my soul: when change and tears are past
All safe and blessèd we shall meet at last.
Be still, my soul: begin the song of praise
On earth, believing, to Thy Lord on high;
Acknowledge Him in all thy words and ways,
So shall He view thee with a well pleased eye.
Be still, my soul: the Sun of life divine
Through passing clouds shall but more brightly shine. |
