| I love popcorn so when I discovered butter flavored Pam, I was delighted. It really isnt bad at all and I expect to lose oodles of pounds by using it instead of buying the already prepared popcorn with tons of calories. So today I am having Pam sprayed popcorn with salt and watching a Dean Martin roast, oh what fun!! |

Ok, the only draw back for me is that I like salt and I am really salting this popcorn. So I do have some sea salt and it has what looks like a little less than half the sodium that salt has. I will use the little sea salt I have left next time.Heres a thought. I love vinegar and salt potato chips, so why not vinegar and salt popcorn? Also, I am going to try to find some powered jalapeno as I have had that popcorn and it is yummy. Parmesan is wonderful on popcorn also. Well I am on my way. No more fritos, chips, and all those other wonderful treats I eat!! I will continue to buy corn chips as they have so many uses outside the treat category.
P S The only problem with sea salt that I can find is that mine is not iodized. Do they sale iodized sea salt? I also cant tell the difference between salt and sea salt in taste. I will be doing a lot of research before heading for the store! |

| Barryfarm.com sales powered flavors, many really good ones like sour cream and onion, cheddar cheese, the list goes on. There also is iodized sea salt. Whether I will be able to get it at the store or on line is the question. Barryfarm seems a little high after postage costs but it has the most variety. To be continued...... |

| Havent gone to the store yet but I expect that I will be able to find some of the powders much cheaper than on line. I hope, especially, that I can find the iodized sea salt. There is a recipe at that powders site I mentioned that involves powered mustard and cayenne pepper, I think at least those will be easily attainable, back soon! |

I am making Tacos tonight if my taco shells are cookable. If not than probably burger with cream of mushroom soup poured over potato.
I do have sour cream so I might try that on my tacos. Havent done it before but no lettuce or tomato so why not? Cheese, salsa and sour cream on hamburger and onion in taco shell, yummmmmm. Of late, I see no need for tomato on tacos, not if there is salsa.

**I only use sour cream with onion soup for onion dip, I must admit that putting it on tacos was good, a little something to spice it up. Warm tacos on a rainy day was yummy for my tummy!!Drool

I am having leftovers today. Yesterday I made roast and garlic, cheese, sour cream mashed potatoes. So I am having that tonight. It was so easy to make those potatoes.
Make mashed potatoes (I used instant) after mixing pour in shredded cheese, and sour cream, quarter to half cup of each for a 4-6 serving recipe and a bunch of garlic salt, sorta like a lot of salt. Unless of course, you have garlic cloves. They were really good. |

I Think I am having Kraft mac with an egg salad sandwich. My egg salad consists of mashed egg with mayo and salt and pepper.
Hold the lettuce!

I am having steak and peas tonight and am debating on mashed potatoes. Last week I made some garlic mashed potatoes and added shredded cheese and sour cream, they were delicious!!!
